The Chipforge Years covers the decade-long experimentation period (2010-2019) that led to the VRC666 mindware and the Multi-Memory Controller project's signature sound. Tracks were released individually over the years and are maintained here as an archive of the sonic guesswork and tryout process in achieving the « chipmetal » alloy of heavy metal and chiptunes.
